RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

GENERAL

 

If you order electronically via the website you are using, you agree to the entire policy and membership agreement on our website.

 

Shipping costs will be paid by buyers if the product is returned.

 

Each returned product must be shipped to the person and/or organization at Fox’s eStore's address within the 15-day period. If the product is not delivered within this time period, no refund will be made.

 

The purchased product must be returned unused, with documentation such as the warranty certificate, user manual, if applicable, in accordance with the specifications specified in the order.

 

 

1.UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:

 

Once the product is delivered, if the credit card that the recipient is paying is found to be unfairly used by unauthorized persons and the product price sold is not paid to the Reseller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Receiver must return the product within 3 days.

 

 

2.RIGHT TO RETURN:

 

The buyer may return the product to the seller within 15 (fifteen) days of delivery to the person/organization at the address or to the person/entity he shows if the product he has purchased is defective, provided that the seller is informed of the following contact information.
